Adelaide - The Loose Caboose Café

On Sunday last week I got to meet up with my friend Emma and head out for an early, sort of, morning catch up over breakfast. Emma is a person of impeccable taste, especially when it comes to food and cafes with that something special you only need to spy her Instagram feed to want to have a drink in every cafe she has ever posted from. So after another early morning heading to Adelaide with my farm and helping them set up for that days market, Emma came and whisked me away for a mini adventure.

South Australia - New Years at the Beach

So I realise New Year's Eve was two weeks ago and I am only getting around to updating you now on what I did, it's a good job my New Years resolution wasn't to be on time or I would have fallen at the first hurdle. This year Christmas and New Years was spent away from all my family and friends back home and instead on a Farm in South Australia working towards my 88 days. New Year's Eve however we got to kick back and let loose a little heading out with Clare, our farming hosts daughter, to Glenelg Beach for the New Year fireworks.

Adelaide - The Calm Before The Farm

I left Sydney on Monday morning to head to my flight to Adelaide. I will be honest after everything that I went through I am happy to have seen the back of Sydney, for a while at least. I forgot how much flying wears you out because by the time we were landing in Adelaide I felt ready for a nap. Making my way to the hostel on the bus with a now very heavy case (I'm not sure what I brought to make it so heavy but it now weighs a lot!) I was excited to go out and explore the city. I only got one day here when I came on my G Adventures tour and we spent most of that at the beach so the city was my oyster.
